Connection Happens In Community

One of my favourite feelings is that of connection, that feeling when my heart swells up and has a little swoony dance, and I feel like everything in the universe is perfect- YES it really is that strong, and magical and profound.

I am BLESSED that my work brings this feeling all the time. Little did I know when I opened the Love Your Life doors all the way back in 2011 that we could be this blessed.

As I remembered more and more of my authentic self, I have been able to meet people at a soul level. These connections are something which I have come to deeply cherish both with my individual clients and those who attend my weekly classes and monthly workshops.

So today I just want to say thank you. Connection happens in community, it is because of all the amazing people I cross paths with that I get to experience such magical, profound and healing connections.

Thank you for showing up for this community and connection, for enabling me to live my dreams, to offer this work into the world, for the encouragement to keep the doors of my business open over the last 18 months, to each of you I am grateful.

Today I recorded a short meditation whilst Minnie was napping for you to complete when you have a moment. A meditation of connection with mantra and the breath.

Attuning With The Heart

This month I would LOVE to share with you some frequencies and vibrations of the heart centre or Anahata chakra. An energetic centre of love, joy and compassion. In many spiritual traditions the heart is seen as the centre to the practices that open us to remembering our true self.

The heart centre is the portal between our lower three chakras and our higher three chakra, like a gateway, yet in the world we live in sometimes it can be challenging to tune into the heart. When we attune with the heart we attune to the frequency of love, our heart is literally full and it becomes much easier for us to connect to and trust our hearts desire.

In this video I offer a little heart connection meditation accompanied by the Himalayan and crystal singing bowls. My hope is that it brings you a sense of coming home, to rekindling your inner connection.

Taking Aligned Inspired Action

Taking Aligned Inspired Action.

As the days continue to lengthen, and nature provides a canvas of emerging colour now is the time to take inspired action in your life.

Through the work that I offer with my holistic life coaching and spiritual counselling sessions I continuously witness my clients procrastinating about taking action. Now most of you at this point will know that I believe in the seasons and cycles, and am not up for action taking all the time, but instead in its own divine time. But the procrastination creeps in with the self doubt, the over thinking, the trying to figure it all out, the fear of failure, of judgement. Sounds familiar??? Well say hello to your manipura chakra, the solar plexus.

This powerhouse of fire is the chakra of action, that fire in your belly, self assurance, sense of self, and holds the energy of transformation. Out of balance it is stuckness, stagnation, self doubt, procrastination, inertia.

So in todays video I have recorded some of the sounds with my instruments that connect with the manipura chakra, to release any blocked energy of the manipura chakra.

If you’re in need of some personal support and accompaniment upon your journey of transformation check out my Holistic Life Coaching Sessions. If you’re not sure if they are right for you, or have any questions just reply to this email and we can set up a call to see if they are the right fit for you, and if I feel they are not right for you at this moment I will support you in finding the right person, by suggesting others who can offer support, so it’s not a sales call, it’s a holding of hearts call.

Flowing Through The River Of Life

Have you ever felt that life is hard? Like you’re swimming against the tide, trying to reach something you’ve already passed, or are attempting to hold onto something that is crumbling?

This week I would like to offer a short sample of sounds to soothe our second chakra. Our energy centre of water, emotion, creativity, flow, grace and possibility.

Very often when we are focussed on how things ‘should be’ or we keep facing back to what once was we miss the blessings of the moment, as we are not present, but seeking something different.

Loa Tzu was quoted as saying ‘A Tree That Is Unbending Is Easily Broken’. We too must learn to dance like the trees and flow like the river, strengthening our trust in our own life journey, even if at times that is hard, painful or challenging.

Most of you at this point will know that I have had many challenges with my health over the last 16 years. These challenges have limited my physical capacity to live in this world to varying degrees. When I released the need for things to be a certain way I began to open myself to the possibility of what could be. Just this morning I found myself saying to someone on a call that I don’t think I would be this happy, had I not been so sick.

When we touch the depths of despair that lies within our being, we can then fully appreciate the beauty of grace that exists in contrast.

Today I encourage you to notice if you can make peace with trying to swim upstream? Can you muster the courage to climb into the dinghy of support that is trying to guide you, to trust enough to let go of what you thought would or should be, and open to the possibility that a new horizon is awakening for you?

If you would like to work further with the healing energies of the crystal singing bowls and the energy of the new moon I invite you to join me on Saturday morning for my New Moon Chakra Meditation With Crystal Singing Bowls in which we will work towards setting intentions for an awakened and inspired lunar cycle.

Tratak Candle Gazing

Do you ever find that when it comes to the end of your day that your are exhausted and ready for bed, yet once you climb into bed, it’s like a switch on your thoughts is flicked on and despite your exhaustion you can’t sleep? Or you fall straight to sleep, but then spend half the night awake?

Very often when we become quiet, we become aware of what was already present in our being, the thoughts about what could have been done differently today, how you’ll deal with situations tomorrow, or how your dreading the exhaustion tomorrow, but you just can’t sleep?

These are situations that I hear about A LOT from my holistic coaching clients. Sleep is essential for the wellness of our being, and developing a supportive bedtime routine that will work for you is essential, especially if you are experiencing challenges with sleep.

When my life gets full I notice that my thoughts begin to spin, usually I fall straight asleep at night, but then an hour or two into my sleep I’m awake, the thoughts swirling, the anxiety rising and frustration building. It’s almost like my being is processing all there was not space for in my day.

On my busy days I make sure I take some reflection time before sleep, and then practice candle gazing. This simple practice of candle gazing or tratak helps to quieten the mind, calm your being, and is great to incorporate into your bedtime routine, especially if you have broken sleep at night. What I know from having practiced this technique for many years is that it works.

At the beginning I notice that the distractions can easily separate me from the candle flame, my mind wants to tell me every possible story, like a toddler vowing for my attention, yet with awareness I choose to come back to the flame, soon the distractions begin to fade and a deep sense of calmness washes over me. My body softens itself, the thoughts stop and I experience a deep sense of blissful connection.

So if you’re challenged with sleep, I hope tis practice will be supportive for you.

And remember- practices only work if we practice!!

I Am Willing To BE Happy

I LOVE this practice, and am filled with joy to share it with you.

At this time in our world, when for many life has brought challenges we need now more than ever to choose happiness.

A few months ago I could feel myself slipping off the happy slope, feeling disconnected, hopeless, lonely, joyless. I poked and prodded into what was causing this, and eventually made a choice to be happy. Yes you heard that right. I choose to be happy.

This choice did not lead to a life overhaul in minutes, instead it opened the door to my willingness to be happy, my choice in the moment to moment living of life. As I approached each daily task I asked myself will this bring me happiness, if the answer was no, I let it go from my life, and for those essential things that still needed to be done I opened to the possibility that perhaps this task, that I did not want to do could spark joy within.

In this weeks video I offer one of the simple practices that I used, especially before those tasks that I was not so eager to complete. Working with yogic mudras which are hand gestures, combined with breath to direct the energetic flow can support us in releasing blocks to open us to possibility, in this case opening the heart- the energetic centre of love, joy and compassion.

So if you are having a hard day, are feeling disconnected, fed up with all the restrictions or are simply looking for a top up of happiness in your life give this mudra practice a go. I recommend committing to doing it twice a day for at least a week, allow yourself the 90 seconds to drop inwards, to your willingness to be happy.

Learning To Respond Rather Than React

When we become committed to our meditation practice we begin to experience a deeper sense of calm within.

As our practice strengthen it begin to become embodied and we begin to live it in our daily life, not just when we are sitting in our quiet space.

This practice is a powerful tool for cultivating the observer response, which when harnessed can be supportive in enbaling you to respond in situations as they arise. This meditation teaches us to identify what is arising within, whilst staying connected to our inner essence. We can then asses and respond to the unfolding situation from a place of power within, rather than reacting to our triggers or wounds.

As with any practice or tool, the more you use it the familiar it becomes and therefore easier to use in your daily life.

With Love,

Laura x

Finding Ground In Uncertain Times

Finding grounding in our life can sometimes be a challenge, but as we look to the days, weeks and months ahead the uncertainty that arises can often leave us feeling unsafe, anxious, insecure and out of control.

All of these experiences indicate that our base chakra needs some TLC, to support us in finding more comfort in our being as the ground beneath us shifts. It has been my experience both personally and working with groups and clients for the last 16 years that external changes offer us the opportunity to transform, IF we are willing to do the work.

You might be asking now what do I mean by ‘doing the work?’ What I mean is, that we are willing to open to all that is, to be present to our thoughts, emotions, energy experiences and honestly recognise what is working, and what’s not. When we can be present with all that is we stop running, we stop the numbing addictive behaviours (binge watching TV, emotional eating, obsessive cleaning, being overly busy or controlling to name just a few) that distract us from the moment, we learn to be fully with ourself.

In this video today I offer a little sample of the base chakra quartz crystal bowl. Quartz crystal is said to promote our healing, bringing us back into wholeness and the note of this bowls brings the energy of safety, security and presence.

It’s best listened to with headphones to fully experience the power of the crystal bowl.

My next sound bath will take place under the full moon on Thursday the 28th of January from 7 - 8.15pm, a prefect time to release and let go. There will also be a recording available for 48 hours after the event for everyone registered to attend.

What Success Means To You?

Success can mean many different things to different people.

This short video offers some invitations to begin to explore what success means to you. Why not take our your journal and reflect upon the following questions.

  1. What does success mean to you?

  2. What is it that you desire / what are you calling more of into your life?

  3. Where is this success already showing up in your daily life?

To support you in expanding further into your success I have recorded this meditation to enable you to connect with your hearts desire, and to experience its guidance.

If you’re still feeling stuck, overwhelmed or just can’t get moving and want some additional support, details for my holistic life coaching sessions can be found HERE

Windmill Breath- Expanding The Lung Area & Releasing Grief

The short yet effective practice is one that I use myself and teach in my weekly Dru yoga classes.

It is a simple movement paired with the breath to offer an expansion to the lung area of the body, to release grief and to create space to welcome your full vitality through the breath.

As always please work with your body, and adjust the movements to safely work for you today.

Invoking A Sense Of Calm Within

In every moment, of every day we get to choose, to choose where we place our energy.  Energy flows where attention goes, either consciously or unconsciously. To focus on love or focus on fear is a choice. Yet very often we get hooked into the fear of the environment and the people around us.

I too am guilt of wandering down the path of fear, disconnecting myself from my inner knowing, and yet deeply grateful for the supportive practices that I have learnt over the years that bring me back to a place of calming connection within.

When I experience this connection, I feel calm, peaceful and grounded. I feel safe, held and capable.  It’s not to say the outward world changes, but I DO.  I choose in those moments how I wish to direct my energy, my focus. I recognise I have disconnected and detoured into fear, I feel the contraction in my body, my shortened breath, the ball in my stomach, the suppressed tears and yet I choose to return to me.

I use affirmations that bring me inwards to repeat as the fear thoughts arise.  Yoga sequences to preform when the feeling of fear contracts my body, and pranayama / breathwork practices to restore my nervous system when I freak out.  These are the practices that have deeply nourished me through the years, and the practices that I now have the privilege to share with you.

Below are some videos I recorded a few years ago, which I feel will be supportive to you a you reconnect with yourself, thus invoking a sense of deep inner peace and calm.

Move Your Body & Release The Trapped Energy

This Earth sequence enables us to open the heart, releasing fear and return to a sense of groundedness, safety and security.

Breathe Your Breath & Balance Your Nervous System

This alternative nostril breathing help to bring a sense of calm and balance. If you’re feeling very fearful focussing on the in /out breath to the left nostril will be supportive.

Repeat After Me

Affirmations are positive messages that are in the present tense, find the one that works for you, and as the fear thought arrives repeat the affirmation and notice if after a little practice you can begin to feel it too. Here are a few of my favourites:

  • I am safe

  • All is well

  • I nourish myself with my breath

  • I send love before me and it greets me when I arrive

  • I am healthy and well

  • Every hand that touches my body is a healing hand (especially good for all my hospital visits)

Restorative Yoga- 5 Key Benefits

Restorative of yoga is a form of yoga that enables us to move from the doing to the being.

Postures are completed lying down on the earth supported by bolsters (large cylinder shaped pillows), blankets, foam blocks and cushions.

Postures are held for a longer time than in a yoga class that is more yang such as Hatha, Iyengar, Ashtanga or Vinyasa. Each posture is completed for 3-10 minutes with a variety of supports.

Holding the postures with a support offers many benefits to bring us back into balance:

  • This lengthened, supportive holding of postures, allows the body the opportunity to open with the minimal physical effort. Working to release the fascia and connective tissues that often bring a sense of tightness throughout the body.

  • As we hold the postures and quieten the physical body, we become consciously aware of the thoughts that are arising. We witness and recognise their presence. Through this witnessing we become the observer and move from reaction mode.

  • As we witness the arising thoughts we connect with the breath to support us in staying present in the moment. This deepening connection with the breath, the holding support of the posture and the witnessing of the thoughts enables us to activate the parasympathetic nervous system. Enabling us to feel safe, and turning on the relaxation response.

  • It is in this relaxed state that we can begin the process of healing, accessing the chakra (energy) system more easily as the patterns arise from the unconscious to conscious awareness. This enabling us to witness that first step of change.

  • This is a yoga practice of being rather than doing. A practice that supports us in releasing tension, stress and outdated beliefs that have been stuck in our body, mind, emotions and energy system. Restorative yoga works gently on each of these layers and offers us the opportunity to return to our true nature.

Being With Uncertainty In Changing Times

Being With Uncertainty In Changing Times.jpg

Over the last few weeks I have noticed both in my own life and whilst working with classes and clients that there is an emerging theme of change, some changes small, some changes quite large, some instigated and others landing with devastation.

So today I wish to speak to change- to the uncertainty that it brings to the terrain beneath our feet. To the fear that can contract us as the things around us that once seemed so familiar change. To the inner part of your being that might be freaking out.

In todays blog I offer some tools that I have been using as I move through more changes in life. My hope is that they will support you in meeting times of uncertainty and change from the space of alignment. A space within your being in which what you do, what you say, what you believe and what you feel are actually in harmony.

We want to root down and yet rise up, to stay grounded and yet to stay open to the fullest potential of our being.

  • Acknowledge you in this change.
Is this change bringing happiness or is it bringing sadness/grief? Recognising what is true for you in this moment, and knowing that what is true for you in this moment will again change. When we acknowledge what is truly real rather than spiritually bypassing to what we want, and how we believe things should be, we witness the deepest part of our being and therefore enable ourselves to know ourselves deeper. In the acknowledgement their is an acceptance that happens, not a condoning, but a release from the struggle of believing things should be different.

  • Allow your routine to hold you

Last week I wrote about the importance of developing a fluid routine that works for you and again this routine will be a holding of gentle nourishment for you- a hug from you, to you through this time of change. As the terrain beneath and around us changes having practices that instil a deep sense of gratitude can enable us to connect with the abundance that is all around.

  • Connect with your breath.

Through the work that I offer I continuously see how we lock our breath in times of uncertainty, and I can see it so clearly as I used to do the exact same. The breath, if we are not relaxed or aware of it often becomes jilted and stuck as the nervous system feels the pang of uncertainty. So to enable us to fully receive this prana or life force through our breath we must be willing to consciously breathe through these times of change. Deep breaths in, deep breaths out.

  • Find your tribe.

One of the biggest messages I keep hearing over the last few weeks is people needing a space of connection with like minded people. Who can nurture us through these times of change, with beliefs that align with our own. If you feel like you’re in need of a new tribe, come join us in our beautiful online community HERE

  • Allow the power of nature to rekindle your love of this world.

Nature is such a healing force in all of its spirits. From the beautiful sunflowers that offer brightness & strength, to the daisies that grow snuggled in the grass, to the ivy that wraps around the tall tree and the birds who carefully build their nest within the branches of this tree.
When we look to nature change is inevitable, the leaf on the tree must fall and release at some point and with this fall and release a new beginning opens. As the leaf lands on the Earth beneath it offers it’s life to the nourishment of the earth as it decomposes. Just like the leaf in this decomposing, the releasing, we create space. And it is this space that enables the creative possibility of a new beginnings to take nourishments to receive the blessings from that falling leaf, to learn the lessons and to evolve in a way that is growth.

To those of you who choose to walk with swirling uncertainty so you can live from alignment - I honour you and your spirit.

To those of you who navigate the unsteady terrain each day- I honour you and your courage.

To those of you curled up on a teary snotty mess- I honour you and your pain.

To those of you who have moved through the uncertainty to new landscapes and cheer others on- I honour you and your compassion.

With Love & Gratitude For You,

Developing A Supportive Daily Routine

Through the work I offer both in my classes and through my 1-1 sessions I have the privilege of walking closely with many inspiring people as they courageously unpack and restructure their lives.

In my own life experience and through the witnessing of these amazing beings I am a firm believer in the power of a routine to act as a holding support, especially in times of change.

When I first began to develop my own routines I felt stifled- I'm a free spirit, and the thoughts of committing to a set of practices everyday churned my stomach, constricted my breath and catapulted me into rebellion mode....not constructive to the process!!

I remember waking up one day and realising that I didn't like routine, I wanted flow, I wanted to make space in my life to embrace the magical moments that popped up- so that's what I did- I began to weave a life that aligned with my souls calling.

I have put together some tips that deeply nourished me in creating a fluid routine and perhaps they might be support to you too.

  1. Decide what / how you want to feel

  2. Identify practices that invoke these feelings either when doing them or directly afterwards

  3. Choose one (yes just one to begin) and commit to doing it in a time frame that is appropriate for you for a set amount of days. Sometimes 5 minutes per day is all it takes to create the rhythm to make it lasting, and familiar

  4. At the end of the week review how this new routine has worked….and leave your judgements and monkey mind voices at the door. If it worked and you are beginning to feel the benefit, continue, extend the time or add an additional practice. If it’s not working review why and go back to step one and begin again.

Sometimes the best routines take time and fine tuning, so DON’T be disheartened if your first attempt doesn’t give you an instant life transformation. As the saying goes it’s about the journey not the destination.

Practices that you love will be far easier to integrate, so as a cheerleader for success and momentum start with those one!!

Dropping From Head To Heart

Dropping From Head To Heart

Very often we as adults live most of our life in our head, scheduling, planning, and attempting to control outcomes. I noticed this in my own behaviour last week as I drove through town. I don’t like driving in traffic- I’ve yet to meet someone who does- which means this might be a lesson for you too!!

As I drove I noticed my brain quickly jumping through a hoop of possible routes I could take, noting all the bottle necks, I would drive a little this way, then change and start to drive a different route, all in a attempt to save time and not sit in traffic.

I giggled when I spotted the controlling behaviour and noticed the tightness in my chest and breathing. The irony of this moment was not lost on me, so I pulled in and started to breath for maybe two or three minutes, deep into my heart, and then resumed my journey from a calmer, grounded, more peaceful, trusting place.

Today I offer this video to you, my hope is that it can support you too in coming from your head to your heart. To touching the calm, peaceful, relaxed part of your being, but be warned it won’t work in your car unless your a convertible ;)

This simple shift in my awareness to my behaviour and breath changed everything. Did the outward world change- NO, but I DID! Did I hit traffic- YES, did I gaze out the window and take in my surroundings- YES, did I arrived after I would have liked- YES, but I arrived calm, peaceful and grounded.

New Moon Magic

New Moon Magic

As the light of the moon disappears form view tonight we are guided into the dark moon phase or the new moon as its more recently called.  A time of cocooning inwards for reflection and dreaming.

We too just like the moon go through phases, every month, quarter and year and every seven years.  Earlier this week we moved through Bealtaine or ‘bright fire’ a half way point between spring equinox and summer solstice.  Our ancestors in the Celtic tradition celebrated this time as the beginning of summer, through celebration and lighting the summer fires.

Tonight, we move into the new / dark moon phase.  A time when the moon moves between the earth and the sun, meaning that we cannot see the light of the moon in the night sky.  Traditionally this was a time of inner reflection, a time to sow the seeds in the fertile space we have created within.

When we begin to look at life in a cyclic nature we notice the power of cycles, how nature grows around us, how the moon waxes and wanes and often begin to realise just how out of balance we have become….enter disconnect.

Darkness gives us the stillness to be, our senses soften, our eyes readjust, our hearing notices the different sounds of silence and our breathing deepens.  Yet how often do we take the time to be in the stillness of silence, to not fear the darkness? To not be connected to our phone, television or music? Our senses become over stimulated, so when the quietness comes it is too overwhelming, the void too great and we don’t know how to just be. Sound familiar??

As we head into the bank holiday weekend here in Ireland I encourage you to slow down, to begin to notice how you are actually living your life.  To notice how many times you reach for your phone when you begin to enter that place of stillness or silence, to question why you are choosing to go outward and not inward.  To take this time of the dark moon to listen to the sound of silence and to experience the colour of darkness.  To reawaken your deeper senses, to notice the texture of your breath and to truly come home to you. I have weaved a little New / Dark Moon Ritual for you to support you in reconnecting with you, and hope you enjoy x

New Beginnings

As someone who has spent fourteen years working in montessori pre-schools and another fourteen in the school system- September is really my 'New Year', and I'm excited to see what is ready to blossom, as the leaves fall (yes the irony of my 'upside-down' world is not lost on me).

The Trees Are About To Show Us How Lovely It Is To Let Things Go.png

After a very turbulent year with my health I am thrilled that my body is getting stronger again and that I can finally get back to supporting you through more regular classes, workshops, events & 1-1 sound healing, coaching & EFT sessions- practices, which literally fill my heart with joy.  This will be a slow integration to start with, but I am open to the unfolding adventure that is life :)

So for anyone else who has been through the shedding and emptying out process here is a little poem to support you on your New Beginning, I hope it brings you as much comfort as it did to me.

With Love,

For A New Beginning by John O' Donohue

In out of the way places of the heart, where your thoughts never think to wander
This beginning has been quietly forming, waiting until you were ready to emerge.

For a long time it has watched your desire, feeling the emptiness grow inside you
Noticing how you willed yourself on still unable to leave what you had outgrown.

It watched you play with the seduction of safety, and the grey promises that sameness whispered
Heard the waves of turmoil rise and relent, wondered would you always live like this.

Then the delight, when your courage kindled, and out you stepped onto new ground,
Your eyes young again with energy and dream, a path of plenitude opening before you.

Though your destination is not clear, you can trust the promise of this opening;
Unfurl yourself into the grace of beginning that is one with your life’s desire.

Awaken your spirit to adventure, hold nothing back, learn to find ease in risk
Soon you will be home in a new rhythm, for your soul senses the world that awaits you.

Working With Your Unique Rhythm

Those of you who I have been connected with over the last few years know that I have become a big fan of working with our own unique rhythm and flow. Just as the waves roll in to the shore and then back to the ocean, how the sun and the moon both know when it's their time to shine- I ask you- what rhythms do you choose  to live by to support you in recharging and not burning out?

As summer solstice arrives I look to the seasons, and yes they do seem a little mixed up at the moment, but the concept of the seasons relates to us too- we are living beings like the trees, animals and plants around us.  The four main seasons give us the opportunity to move through the stages of birth (spring), growth (summer), harvest (autumn) & releasing (winter), yet the world in which we live promotes the summer phase, and I feel this 'always switched on mode' is having a detrimental effect on our physical and mental wellbeing.

So I've put together 5 tips that I use to get back in balance when life becomes too overwhelming.

  1. STOP. Yes you heard me right, and I can sense your horror at me even suggesting this, and now you are most likely listing the reasons why stopping is impossible, and that is EXACTLY why you need to stop- to recognise the speed and fullness of your life.
  2. Take some time to assess your life- where you are spending your precious time- and is it fulfilling you? Make a list and beside each option and notice where you are spending your time.
  3.  Now make a list of the things you do everyday- make a note on each of these- do you feel lifted or depleted- adjust accordingly.
  4. Connect with people, have a laugh and find your tribe. If you don't have an amazing community just yet- come join ours HERE.
  5. Everyday commit to taking one step regardless how small towards your dream, tiny steps build, they enable you to explore along the way, to release and realign as you move, so the life you create is one that fits you perfectly.

Solstice Illumination- SPECIAL OFFER

Solstice.png

I woke early this morning feeling very inspired and lifted, there was an immense sense of needing to be of service to the world, to spread the light, and it brought me back to a time when I was in India back in 2014.  Neck deep in panchakarma treatments in an Indian hospital, I woke early, long before the dawn chorus of the mountain animals, my tea light the only company.  Wrapped in my blanket, I sat quietly, as I absorbed this feeling of deep inner peace, I sat in the stillness, heart open, head quiet, I knew this was what I had been searching for, and yet with no sense of searching it was right here.  I sat for hours, I absorbed, I journaled, I relished this connection with my soul.

I have encountered this connection many times since, usually after I fully surrender and take my hands off the steering wheel of life- when I stop doing what I think I 'should'.   I have come to know this deeper part of me over the last few years.  As I sat in the darkness this morning, only the flicker of my candle, I asked how do I share this with the world, so this very project was the answer.

So from the deepest part of my soul I choose to serve from a space of connection, of joy, of grace, to support you to illuminate something in your life that is keeping you disconnected, stuck and unhappy.

Having spent 12 years on this road I have healed so many of my own wounds, which have given me the opportunity to transform my chronic illnesses into life lessons.  During this time of survival I sought for solutions in desperation.  All I kept hearing was the answers are inside you, yet I was locked out- disconnected, so I couldn't hear the wisdom of my soul.  I was angry, frustrated and tired of all the efforting to get better.  Slowly as I began to shine a healing light of awareness, I saw more and more of me- the disconnect, the dis-ease, the shame, the guilt, the exhaustion and with support from my teachers, mentors and coaches I learned to integrate all of the life experiences I had been blessed with- the good & the 'bad'.

12 years on I am fully committed to living from this space of light.  Allowing the light of awareness to illuminate the aspects of me that still need healing.  Allowing me to return to my truest nature of LOVE, to be love and to spread love in this world.

So to share this magical feeling with each of you I am offering anyone who books into the Create Your Vision 2018 Retreat Day (before midnight on the 22nd of December) a FREE Solstice Illumination Session, to support you when you can't see the way out of the darkness.  To illuminate an area of your life that is leaving you feeling drained, disconnected and unfulfilled.
